The death has occurred of William Kearns, Derrinkee, Liscarney, Westport in his 93rd year, peacefully at Mayo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

 

Predeceased by his parents Austin & Catherine, sisters Bridie & Nora, brother Paddy and his 3 siblings in their infancy.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Christina née McGing (late of Shanafaraughan, Finney), son Austin (Derrinkee), daughters Catherine (Gorey, Wexford), Ann-Marie (Castlebar), Bridie (Cliffony, Sligo) & Una (Derrinkee), sons-in-law Jimmy O’ Brien, Chris Rippingale, Mark Davey, daughter-in-law Maria, grandchildren Hannah, James, Michael Willie, Liam, Rían, Daithí & Daire, sister Mary Grimes (London), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.

Reposing at McGing’s Funeral Home (F28 RX58) on Thursday (September 25th) from 6:00pm until 7:30pm.

THE PUBLIC QUEUE FOR ENTRY INTO THE FUNERAL HOME WILL NOW BE FROM THE SHOP STREET DIRECTION.

 

Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am on Friday (September 26th) in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Cushlough (F28 K378) with burial afterwards in adjoining Cemetery.
