It was a privilege to know Seamus. He was very popular among everyone he worked with in BT and respected for his sincerity and for his practical support of the Communication Workers Union. More importantly he was a loyal friend and fantastic company. I’ll always associate him with laughter, music, soccer, and football. Despite everything that happened in the last 2 years seeing Seamus was still something to look forward to. We’ll never know where he got the grace or strength to carry himself the way he did. I hope he’s at peace now and I’ll always be grateful that he was my friend.
