The peaceful death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny on Saturday 3rd October 2026 of Robert Callaghan, Glenview House, Drumoghill, Manorcunningham F92 A8D5 and formerly from Monfad, Newtowncunningham.
Deeply missed by his loving wife Grace, sons Robert (Ciara) and Barry (Sam), daughter Grace (Lynette), grandchildren Rhiann, Nathan, Darcie, Ava, Jenna, Phoebe and Thalia, great-grandson Archie, brothers Eamonn, Frankie and Charlie, sisters Elizabeth Rodgers, Bernadette O’Donnell and Sylvia Sweeney, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.
Robert is predeceased by his parents Bobby and Mary, brothers Liam and Patsy and sister Margaret Baker.

Robert’s remains will be reposing at his late residence on Sunday 4th October from 3pm until 9pm and on Monday 5th October from 1pm until 9pm.
House private to family and close friends please.
Funeral from there on Tuesday 6th October at 10.15am going to All Saints Church Newtowncunningham for 11am Requiem Mass which can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/newtowncunningham. Interment afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
