Died 13th February 2025

The Death has occurred of Rita Redmond (nee McCarthy), Late of Summerhill Villas, Upper strand, Youghal and formerly of Knocknamuck, Tallow, Co Waterford. on the 13th of February in her 95th year. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family, at Youghal Community Hospital, predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, sister Mal and nephew Patrick. Deeply regretted by her sister Mary(O’Brien), brother Bobby, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, the extended Redmond family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Egans funeral home, Greencloyne, Youghal on Friday 14th from 5:30 – 7pm. Funeral mass on Saturday 15th in Our Lady of Lourdes church, the strand, Youghal at 11:30am followed by burial in North Abbey cemetery, Youghal.
