The death has taken place at Falcarragh Nursing Home of Philip (Phil) Friel, of St. Mary’s Close, Stranacorkra, Derrybeg.

Predeceased by his wife Nora, parents Mary and Philme, brothers; Dominick, Dan, Charley & Paddy.

Sadly missed by his sons Patrick, Dominic and Sean, daughter Maria, sister Mary, brothers; Sean, Joe and Owenie, in-laws Tony and Leeanne, grandchildren Caitlin, Shannon, Grace, Dylan, Saoirse and Aaron, nieces and nephews & extended family and friends.

His Remains will repose at Roarty’s Funeral Home, Derrybeg (F92 DN4X), on Sunday (4th) and Monday from 4pm to 8pm. Rosary both nights at 8pm. Removal after the rosary on Monday to his late residence to repose overnight.

House private after the Rosary and on the morning of the Funeral.

Philip’s Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, 6th of October at 11am in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Dunlewey, burial afterwards in the Magheragallon graveyard.
