We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Patricia “Pat” Higgins née McManus peacefully at home on 29th of August 2026. May she rest in peace. 

Late of 1 Holmlea Park, Dungiven, Co Derry, BT47 4JT and formerly Geevagh, Co Sligo. 

Beloved wife of Sean and loving mother of Shauna (Daragh), Karen (Davy), Gavin (Maura), Niall (Charmaine) and the late Feargal R.I.P. 
Devoted grandmother of Oran, Daragh, Dualta, Fearghal, Johnny, Libby, Seamus, Feargal, Cahir, Eoin, James, Annie, Molly, Paddy and great grandmother of  Páidi and Nía.
Daughter of the late John and Elizabeth R.I.P. and dear sister of  Padraic, Gerard, Mai, Attracta, Philomena, Frances and the late Rosaleen, Johnny, Jimmy and Martin R.I.P.  

Reposing at her late home from 3pm Sunday (30th).
Family time 10pm to 11am. 
Funeral on Tuesday 1st of September 2026 leaving her late home at 10.10am for 11am Requiem Mass in Saint Patrick’s Church, Dungiven. 
Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
