The Peaceful death has taken place surrounded by his loving family in the great care of the staff in the Donegal Hospice after a short illness of Neil ( Budgie) Mc Mullan, Meenderry, Falcarragh F92 HW99 and formerly of Cushendall, Co Antrim. Predeceased by his parents Joan and Shaun, father and mother in law Barney and Mary Curran. Survived by wife Frances, son Shaun and daughter Niamh, his brothers Johnny, Jimmy, Chris, PJ and Liam, in laws, nieces, nephews and a circle of family and friends. His remains are reposing at his residence in Meenderry with wake commencing tomorrow Tuesday the 9th June and wednesday the 10th from 12 noon. Rosary both nights at 8.00pm. House private after rosary and on the morning of the funeral. Funeral from there on Thursday the 11th June for 12 noon requiem mass in Christ the King Church, Gortahork F92 DP86 with burial afterwards in the adjacent cemetery. I was very shocked at this news. My heartfelt condolences to Neil’s family. Neil did a lot of work over the years on my holiday home in Main St, Dunfanaghy. He was such a gentleman, always helpful and kind, and with a great sense of humour. He will be missed by so many people whose lives he touched. May Neil rest in peace.
