The death has occurred peacefully of Michael (Mick Chest) McGing, Arderry, Aughagower, Westport in his 94th year, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at the McBride Nursing Home, Westport.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick & Mary, infant son Brendan, brother Tommy, step-sister Maureen, nephews John & James.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Sadie, family Margaret Keane (Aughagower), Nora Moran (Curvey), Kathleen (UK), Pauline Moran (Islandeady), Michael John (Shraheen), P.J (UK), Patsy Heraty (Roigh), Gerard (UK), Brendan (UK), Maureen Roache (UK), Mark (UK) & Kevin (Arderry), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Margaret (U.S.A), sisters-in-law Tess & Nora, brother-in-law Mick, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, niece Mary Ann (U.S.A), relatives, neighbours & friends.

Reposing at McGing’s Funeral Home (F28 RX58) on Friday (Feb 21^st) from 6:00pm with removal at 8:00pm to St. Patrick’s Church, Aughagower.

THE PUBLIC QUEUE FOR ENTRY INTO THE FUNERAL HOME WILL NOW BE FROM THE SHOP STREET DIRECTION.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 12 noon on Saturday (Feb 22^nd) with funeral proceeding to Aughagower Cemetery.
