It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Martin Concannon, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 20th October 2026.

Late of 37 Richmond Crescent, Pennyburn, Derry. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of the late Patricia. Devoted father of Domen. Loving brother of Pio, Gabrielle, Hester, Dennis and the late Joseph, John, Kathleen and Marie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his nieces, nephews, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Martin’s remains will be reposing at his late home, 37 Richmond Crescent on Tuesday (October 20th) from 6:30 p.m. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday (October 22nd) at 9:25 a.m. for Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn at 10 a.m. Burial will take place afterwards in the City Cemetery.

The Wake House will be private please from 10 p.m. until 11 a.m.
