Died 15th February 2025

The peaceful death has taken place at her home of Marie O’Dowd (née Gordon), of Bunbeg Gweedore, originally of 102 Tracey Ave, Sligo Town.

Predeceased by her parents Margaret and Bartholomew Gordon.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Micheal ‘Mick’ O’Dowd, daughters; Clodagh, Loretta and Sarah Jayne, son; Marcus, in-laws; Jacinta, Chris, Colin and Geoff, grandchildren; Amy-Leigh, Ryan, Callum, Liam, Comhghal, Kian, Tyler, Brian, Cathal and Farrah and extended family and friends. Her remains will repose at Roarty’s Funeral Home, Derrybeg (F92 DN4X) tomorrow (Mon), from 2pm-8pm. Rosary at 8pm.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam uasal.

Removal from there afterwards to her late residence to repose overnight.

House is strictly private to family only.

Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday 18th February at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Derrybeg, interment afterwards in Magheragallon cemetery.
