It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Liam Doherty, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 3rd May 2026.

Late of 28 Iniscarn Crescent, Derry. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of the late Margaret. Dearest partner of the late Agnes. Devoted father of Vincent, Pauline, Liam, Cathal, Kevin, Terry, Paul and the late Micheal. A much loved granda and great-granda to all of his loving grandchildren. Dearest brother of Mickey and Rosa. A dear brother-in-law of Richard. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of the Campbell Family, wider family circle and friends.

Liam’s remains will be reposing at his daughter Pauline’s home, 12 Galliagh Park on Monday (May 4th) from 1 p.m.

Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday (May 6th) at 10:30 a.m. for Requiem Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Galliagh at 11 o’clock.

Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

The wake house will be private from 10 p.m. until 11 a.m.
