It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Isabel (Isa) O’Donnell (née White), peacefully at Oakleaves Care Home on 26th October 2026.

Late of 120 Circular Road, Creggan, Derry. May she rest in peace.

Beloved wife of the late Terence (Don). A much loved mother of Don, Ann, Marian (Gerry), Gerald (Eileen), Mark (Orlagh), Michelle and the late Martin. Dearly loved grandmother to her 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A devoted sister to all of her brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Isa’s remains will be reposing at her late home, 120 Circular Road, Creggan on Tuesday (October 27th) from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and on Wednesday (October 28th) from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m.. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday (October 29th) at 9.25 a.m. for Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan at 10 a.m. Burial will take place afterwards in the City Cemetery.
