The death has occurred in the Donegal Hospice of Elizabeth (Betty) Deery, Rosemount Court, Letterkenny, surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Frank.

She will be sadly missed by her daughters Rose and Annette, sons Eddie, Frankie, Jimmy and fondly remembered by her 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Betty’s remains will be reposing at the Letterkenny Funeral Home, Port Road, Letterkenny (F92 P407), on Saturday 27th of September from 6-10pm and on Sunday 28th September from 4-8pm.

Funeral Mass on Monday 29th September at 1pm in The Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballyraine, Letterkenny with burial afterwards in the family plot in Conwal Cemetery.
