The death has occurred of Edith Fitzgerald (née Carolan), Cloonagh, Westport and late of Bluebell, Dublin & Heidelberg, Germany, peacefully in the Carra Suite, Sacred Heart Hospital, Castlebar surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her sister Teresa, brother Alan, sisters-in-law Mary, Patricia & Maureen and brother-in-law Daniel.
Edith will be sadly missed by her loving family, husband James, son Daniel & daughter Tara, grandson Joey, future son-in-law Greg Twomey, brothers Shay & Tony, sister Anne, sister-in-law Marie, nieces, nephews, extended family in Ireland & America and many friends who were like family to her.

Reposing at McGing’s Funeral Home, Westport (F28 RX58) on Sunday (September 13th) from 5:30pm to 6:30pm with removal to St. Mary’s Church, Westport.
THE PUBLIC QUEUE FOR ENTRY INTO THE FUNERAL HOME WILL NOW BE FROM THE SHOP STREET DIRECTION.
Requiem Mass will be held on Monday (September 14th) at 11:00am with the funeral proceeding to Aughavale Cemetery.
