The death has occurred of Eddie Browne, Knockbrack, Sheeaune, Westport & Tubbercurry, Sligo.

Peacefully at The Mayo Hospice, surrounded by his loving family.

Recently predeceased by his father Edward (Sept 26th 2025).

Eddie will be sadly missed by his loving wife Helen (née) Reid (formerly of Tubberclair, Athlone), mother Bridie, brother Robert, sisters Sandra, Lorraine & Rose, mother-in-law Eileen, brothers-in-law Chris Chetham, Vincent Gruas, TJ & John Reid, sisters-in-law Katrina Jameson, Siobhán Lindfield, nieces Bridie, Niamh, Ellen, Sarah, Caitlin, Shauna, Lucy, Kate, Áine, Cora & Emma, nephews Ben, James, Caolán, Seán & Conor, uncle Michael, relatives, neighbours & friends

Reposing at St. Aidan’s Room, Islandeady (F23 HF62) on Saturday (Oct 11th) from 5:30pm with removal at 7:00pm to St. Patrick’s Church, Islandeady.

Requiem Mass on Sunday at 1:00pm with the funeral proceeding to Aughagower cemetery.
