The sudden death has occurred of Christine Clarke, née Gallagher, formerly of Eden Park, Castlederg, Spring Road, Drumnakilly and Roquetas De Mar, Spain, 28th June 2026 R.I.P.
Beloved wife of Iggy, much loved mother of Mairead, Fiona (Joe), Michael (Lyndsey) and Seanna (Graham) and grandmother of Katie, Graysen, Odhrán, Ayda and Evelyn, stepmother of Colm, Patricia and Kevin, dearest sister of Paddy, Mary, Carmel, Denise, Sheila, Brian, John and the late Bernie, cherished daughter of the late Dinny and Nell.
Reposing at Lynchs Funeral Home, 50, Castlefin Road, Castlederg BT81 7EE, today, Monday, from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. and tomorrow, Tuesday, from 1 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Funeral from the Funeral Home on Wednesday 1st July at 10.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, Castlederg. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Co. Cavan at 2 p.m.
The Funeral Home is private on the morning of the funeral.

Today, I said goodbye to my dear friend Christine
For ten years, we were neighbors and close friends, and even after she moved to Spain, our friendship never faded. We shared many memories, and I will always cherish our last dinner together on June 20th, never imagining it would be our final time together.
Christine was kind, caring, and deeply loyal. Her warm spirit touched everyone who knew her, and I feel grateful to have shared so many years of friendship with her.
To Christine’s family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. May you find comfort in your memories and in the love around you.
Christine, thank you for your friendship and the joy you brought into my life. You will always be remembered and deeply missed.

We’ve had so many fun times with Christine out in Roquetas. No one could rally a room quite like her. We know she is already up there planning the seating arrangements & getting everyone in line.
