It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Bobby Moran, (Aged 90 years), peacefully at Culmore Manor Care Home on August 10th, 2026.

Late of 55 Cable Street, Derry. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of the late Bridie. Much-loved father of Robert, John, Annemarie, Liam and the late Pat. A dearly-loved granda to all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A dearest father-in-law. Cherished son of the late Nellie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Bobby’s remains will be reposing at his late home, 55 Cable Street, this evening Monday (August 10th) from 6 p.m. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday (August 12th) at 9:25 a.m. for Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower at 10 a.m. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

The Wake House will be Private please from 10 p.m. until 10 a.m.
