It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Ann Clift, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on August 10th, 2026.

Late of 25 Brookdale Crescent, Derry. May she rest in peace.

Much-loved mother of Donna, Patrick, Michelle, Daniel and John. A dearly-loved loved granny and great-granny to all of her grandchildren. Dearest sister to her brothers. A cherished daughter of the late Frankie and Bridie Cullen and Wife of John Clift. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Ann’s remains will be reposing at the McClafferty Funeral Home and Chapel of Rest on Tuesday (August 11th) from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday (August 12th) at 11:30 a.m. for Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower at 12 o’clock. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
