It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Agnes Rose (Rosaleen) O’Callaghan (née Kelly), peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on July 23rd, 2026.

Late of 32 Daisyhill Park, Steelstown, Derry. May she rest in peace.

Beloved wife of the late Vincent. Devoted mother of Martina, Vincent, Deirdre, Gary, Roisin and Mairead. Loving granny of Eve, Sarah, Vincent, Eadaoin, Rose, Peadar, Mollie and Kevin. Predeceased by all of her siblings. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, neighbours and friends.

Rosaleen’s remains will be reposing at her late home, 32 Daisyhill Park on Thursday (July 23rd) from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. and on Friday (July 24th) from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. House Private at all other times please.

Funeral leaving from there on Saturday (July 25th) at 9:30 a.m. for Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown at 10 a.m. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
