It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Adrian Gallagher, peacefully at Melmount Manor Care Home, Strabane on 19th October 2026.

Late of 30 Thorndale, Derry. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of Kathleen. Devoted father of Tony, Paul, Adrian, Tina, Gavin and Martin. Dearest father-in-law of Laura, Bróna, Charlie and Eileen. Loving Granda of Molly, Ben, Aoife, Niamh, Róise, Robin, Caoimhe and Aedhan. A much loved brother to all of his brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Adrian’s remains are reposing at his son Paul’s home, 14 Paddock Lane, Derry. Funeral leaving from his son’s home on Wednesday (October 21st) at 9:25 a.m. for Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown at 10 a.m. Burial will take place afterwards in the City Cemetery.

The Wake House will be private please from 10 p.m. until 11 a.m.
